
How To Make One Pan Creamy Parmesan Shrimp Linguine
This creamy shrimp linguine is perfect for busy nights. Cooked in just 15 minutes, enjoy rich and cheesy pasta made with butter, salt, and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
- 1lbshrimp,medium, peeled and deveined
- 3tbspbutter,divided
- 3clovesgarlic,minced
- 3cupswater
- 1cuphalf and half,then more to thin if needed
- 12ozBarilla Pronto Linguine,(1 package)
- salt and black pepper,freshly ground
- 1cupparmesan,finely shredded
- 2tbspparsley,fresh, chopped
Instructions

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a 12-inch saute pan over medium-high heat, add shrimp and season with salt and pepper.

Cook stirring occasionally until opaque and cooked through. Transfer shrimp to a piece of foil and wrap to keep warm.

Return saute pan to medium heat and melt remaining butter. Add garlic and saute for 20 seconds or until slightly golden.

Add water, half and half, linguine, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Allow to boil, stirring frequently for 10 minutes until noodles have reached the desired doneness. (There should be some excess liquid, this will be the sauce).

Remove from heat, add in parmesan and stir until it has melted.

Thin with more half and half, if needed. Toss in shrimp and sprinkle parsley over top.

Serve warm.
