How To Make Mussels and Shrimp Slow-Cooker Pasta

  • 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 10 mussels
  • 16 oz spaghetti pasta (cooked)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 6 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped )
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except for the seafood, inside a crockpot. Cover the crockpot and cook its contents on high for about 2 hours.
  2. Add the seafood and continue cooking until the shrimp is no longer pink and the mussels start to open.
  3. Once you’re done cooking, serve your dish over a plate of freshly cooked spaghetti. Bon apetit!
