How To Make Mussels and Shrimp Slow-Cooker Pasta
- 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 10 mussels
- 16 oz spaghetti pasta (cooked)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 6 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped )
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- Combine all the ingredients, except for the seafood, inside a crockpot. Cover the crockpot and cook its contents on high for about 2 hours.
- Add the seafood and continue cooking until the shrimp is no longer pink and the mussels start to open.
- Once you’re done cooking, serve your dish over a plate of freshly cooked spaghetti. Bon apetit!
