How To Make Mussels and Shrimp Slow-Cooker Pasta

Ingredients
- 16 oz spaghetti pasta, cooked and cooled
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 24 oz marinara sauce, (2 jars)
- 5½ oz red onion, chopped
- 5 oz mussels
- ¼ cup red wine
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pc bay leaf
- 1 tsp parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp parsley, chopped
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
For Serving:
- ¼ tsp parsley
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients, except for the seasonings, inside a crockpot. Cover the crockpot and cook its contents on high for about 2 hours.

Once you're done cooking, adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper

Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve. Bon Appetit!
