How To Make Gorgonzola Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz. gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. Add the gorgonzola cheese and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.

  7. Serve the Gorgonzola Pasta Sauce with additional grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
