Ingredients
- 1 package of spinach and walnut ravioli
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.

In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream and gorgonzola cheese over low heat, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat until lightly browned, then remove from heat.

Drain the ravioli and toss with the browned butter.

Pour the gorgonzola cream sauce over the ravioli and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
