How To Make Pomegranate Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups of pomegranate juice
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 packet (3 oz) of liquid fruit pectin
Instructions

In a large saucepan, bring the pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice to a boil over medium heat.

Stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Stir in the liquid fruit pectin and continue to boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

Pour the jelly into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of space at the top.

Wipe the rims of the jars clean and cover with sterilized lids.

Process the jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes to seal.

Remove from the water bath and let cool completely before storing in a cool, dark place.
