
How To Make Chicken Marinara with Veggies
Broccoli and carrots add some color and nutrition to this chicken marinara recipe. Whole wheat pasta is tossed with chicken patties and crisp veggies.

Ingredients
- 6ozdried whole wheat linguine,or spaghetti
- 3cupsbroccoli florets
- 1½cupsbaby carrots
- 1cupred sweet pepper,chopped
- 4chicken patties,(morningstar farm original)
- ¼cupmozzarella cheese,shredded
- 2cupsmarinara sauce
Instructions

In large pan cook linguine according to package directions, except omit any oil or salt. During the last 3 minutes of cooking time add broccoli, carrots, and red pepper to pasta. Drain.

Meanwhile, cook Morningstar Farms® Chik Patties® Breaded Veggie Patties according to package directions. Immediately sprinkle cheese on hot patties.

In small microwave-safe bowl heat marinara sauce at high about 2 minutes or until hot. On individual serving plates spoon pasta mixture.
