How To Make Hooters Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 brioche buns
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Combine the flour and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.

Whisk egg and milk together in another dish.

Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
