How To Make Keto Chicken Parmesan Recipe
A low-carb, crispy and cheesy chicken parmesan recipe perfect for a keto diet.

Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, and salt.

Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat in the almond flour mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour marinara sauce on top of each one.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the marinara sauce.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
