How To Make Pasta House Chicken Parmesan Recipe
Classic chicken parmesan recipe served with pasta and tangy marinara sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 box (1 lb) cooked pasta
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season flour with salt and pepper in a shallow dish.

In another shallow dish, beat eggs.

In a third shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

Coat chicken in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry chicken in oil until golden brown on both sides.

Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.

Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with cooked pasta and additional marinara sauce if desired.
