- 8 oz. bow tie pasta
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.
