Angel Hair Goulash Recipe

This hearty beef, corn, and tomato stew is a snap to throw together. It’s a version of the famous goulash soup in Central Europe. The only difference is that you serve this goulash recipe with pasta rather than as a soup.

  • 4.8 oz. PASTA RONI Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs or 1 pkg.
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 14 ½ oz. tomatoes or 1 can, undrained , diced
  • 2 tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 cup corn drained, frozen or canned


  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef.
  2. Remove from skillet; drain. Set aside.
  3. In same skillet, bring 1 1/2 cup water and margarine to a boil.
  4. Stir in pasta; cook 1 minute or just until pasta softens slightly.
  5. Stir in special seasonings, tomatoes, corn and beef; return to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to medium.
  7. Gently boil uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring frequently.
  8. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
