How To Make Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions

Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the vegetables and stir well.

Add the cooked noodles and beef to the skillet and toss until everything is evenly coated in the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
