Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
