Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
