How To Make Mushroom Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, mushrooms, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
