How To Make Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan with olive oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, bell pepper, carrots, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Pour half of the sauce mixture into the turkey mixture and mix well.

Transfer the turkey mixture to the greased loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.

Brush the remaining sauce mixture over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the turkey and quinoa meatloaf warm.
