How To Make Cheeseburger Stuffed Meatballs
Imagine if you can have miniature cheeseburgers that you can bring anywhere. Now that is a possibility with this cheeseburger meatball recipe!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2lbslean ground beef
- ⅔ cupbread crumbsseasoned
- 2tbsponiongrated
- 1tspprepared mustard
- 1tbspHellmann’s ketchup
- 3tbspHellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- 1egg
- 6 cheddar cheese sticks
For Dill Pickle Dip
- 1tbsppickleschopped
- 1/4cupHellmann’s Spicy Dipping Sauce & Hellmann’s Burger Sauce
- 2tbspsour cream
- 1/4tspdill powder
- 1/4tspgarlic powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine all meatball ingredients except cheese. Divide into 24 even pieces.

Wrap each meatball around a piece of cheese. Roll into a ball ensuring all of the cheese is completely covered mixture.

Place on a parchment-lined pan and bake 25 minutes.

Allow resting for 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with sliced pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and dipping sauces.
For Dill Pickle Dip:
