Imagine if you can have miniature cheeseburgers that you can bring anywhere. Now that is a possibility with this cheeseburger meatball recipe!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2lbslean ground beef
  • cupbread crumbsseasoned
  • 2tbsponiongrated
  • 1tspprepared mustard
  • 1tbspHellmann’s ketchup
  • 3tbspHellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • 1egg
  • 6 cheddar cheese sticks

For Dill Pickle Dip

  • 1tbsppickleschopped
  • 1/4cupHellmann’s Spicy Dipping Sauce & Hellmann’s Burger Sauce
  • 2tbspsour cream
  • 1/4tspdill powder
  • 1/4tspgarlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Combine all meatball ingredients except cheese. Divide into 24 even pieces.

  3. Wrap each meatball around a piece of cheese. Roll into a ball ensuring all of the cheese is completely covered mixture.

  4. Place on a parchment-lined pan and bake 25 minutes.

  5. Allow resting for 5 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve with sliced pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and dipping sauces.

For Dill Pickle Dip:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.

  2. Add pickle juice to reach desired consistency.
