- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
