Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.

  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish and serve hot.
