- 1 lb ground meat (beef, pork, or a combination)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup milk

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, and milk. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch (2.5 cm) in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
