How To Make Caprese Kabobs

Skip the usual salad and make these caprese kabobs instead. It’s a simple appetizer made of skewered tomato, mozzarella, and basil with balsamic dressing.

  • 10ozgrape tomatoes,(about 15-20 tomatoes)
  • 8ozfresh mozzarella balls
  • fresh basil
  • Reduction of Balsamic Vinegar


  1. Cut grape tomatoes in half.

  2. Add a mozzarella ball, basil leaf, and then a tomato half to a toothpick. Repeat with each kabob.

  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction, and serve cold.
