How To Make Persian Ground Lamb Kabob Recipe
A spiced ground lamb kabob that is perfect for grilling and serving with fresh herbs and rice.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers, non-metallic, soaked in water
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Divide the lamb mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion into a long sausage-like shape around a skewer.

Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.

Grill lamb kabobs for 5-6 minutes, flipping occasionally until a little charred on each side and cooked through. Move kabobs to the cooler part of the grill and let them cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Remove kabobs from grill and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving with fresh herbs and rice.
