- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rice flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add water and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
