 - 1 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 egg
 - 10 oz beer
 - 1 tsp salt
 - vegetable oil
 
Instructions
- Place flour, salt, and eggs into a bowl.
 - Mix all ingredients until combined.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
 - Add beer to mixture only after the oil is heated, and continue to mix until completely combine.
 - Dip fish fillets into the mixture until they are completely covered.
 - Fry the fillets in a large skillet over medium heat until they become golden brown.
