Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh beef liver
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups beef broth

In a food processor, blend the beef liver until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine the liver, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the liver dumplings and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
