How To Make Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Ingredients
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 minute until slightly softened.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir in the chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
