  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  2. Rub the mixture generously all over the brisket, making sure to cover all sides.

  3. Let the brisket sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.

  4. Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).

  5. Place the brisket on the smoker or grill and cook for about 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

  6. Remove the brisket from the smoker or grill and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
