Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a medium-sized pot, bring water to a boil. Add the rice and cook according to package instructions.

In a medium-sized pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the asparagus and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
