Make this mild crockpot chili recipe whenever you’re hosting a group of friends over. Serve it with a side of crusty bread for dipping. If you like it a little spicier, you can add jalapenos and/or more chili powder.

How To Make Mild Crockpot Chili
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 24 oz diced tomatoes, two 14 oz cans, undrained
- 15 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 15 oz canned red kidney beans, canned, rinsed and drained
- 15 oz canned black beans, canned, rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet until completely cooked, then drain.

Put all the ingredients except the cornstarch and water into the crockpot.

Stir, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.

During the last 15 minutes of cooking, combine the cornstarch and water in a bowl.

Mix until smooth and add it to the crockpot. Stir well. Serve once done cooking.
