Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked pasta
Instructions

In a crockpot, add the kidney beans, garbanzo beans, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, zucchini, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions and add it to the soup.
