Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of marinara sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the mushrooms and chopping the spinach.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add a layer of marinara sauce to the bottom of the crockpot.

  4. Add a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, breaking them to fit as needed.

  5. Spread a layer of sliced mushrooms and chopped spinach on top of the noodles.

  6. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on the vegetables.

  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of cheese on top.

  8. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until noodles are tender and cheese is melted.
