How To Make Crockpot Vegetarian Lasagna Recipe
A hearty and comforting lasagna made with layers of tender noodles, vegetables, and savory marinara sauce. Perfect for a cozy weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of marinara sauce
- 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Prepare the vegetables by slicing the mushrooms and chopping the spinach.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add a layer of marinara sauce to the bottom of the crockpot.

Add a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, breaking them to fit as needed.
