Ingredients

  • 1 can of white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup of molasses
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

  2. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours.

  3. Serve hot with bread or rice.
