Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of ginger powder
- 1 tbsp of cornstarch
- 2 tbsp of water
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a crockpot, add the tofu, bell peppers, and onion.

In a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Pour over the tofu and vegetables and stir to combine.
