- 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Layer sweet potato slices on the bottom of the crockpot.

Mix together pecans, dried cranberries, maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a small bowl.

Sprinkle half of the mixture over the sweet potatoes.

Add another layer of sweet potatoes and sprinkle with the remaining mixture.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until sweet potatoes are tender.
