Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large saucepan, sauté vegetables and onion in butter until tender.

Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until blended. Gradually add broth and milk, stirring constantly.

Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Stir in chicken; remove from heat.

Pour mixture into pie crust.

Cut slits in top of crust.

Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
