This is a fantastic side dish – like having a baked potato, but this time, in the form of a casserole. Not only are the potatoes tender and soft, but it’s flavored with cheddar cheese and sour cream.

How To Make Sour Cream and Cheddar-Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup onions, chopped
Instructions

Boil the potatoes until they are almost tender then grate them into a mixing bowl.

Mix all the other ingredients together with the grated potatoes and place into a greased casserole dish.Â

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
