This is a fantastic side dish – like having a baked potato, but this time, in the form of a casserole. Not only are the potatoes tender and soft, but it’s flavored with cheddar cheese and sour cream.

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup onions, chopped


  1. Boil the potatoes until they are almost tender then grate them into a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix all the other ingredients together with the grated potatoes and place into a greased casserole dish. 

  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
