Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle crushed potato chips evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the potato chips are golden and crispy.
