Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle crushed potato chips evenly over the top of the casserole.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the potato chips are golden and crispy.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
