Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

In a large skillet, heat some cooking spray over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on both sides for about 3-4 minutes per side.

In a saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the rice and cook according to package instructions.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the rice mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Place the browned pork chops on top of the rice mixture.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
