How To Make Meatball Sub Casserole
Game days are more delicious with this meatball sub casserole. This is a 5-ingredient dish that you can easily make in an hour.
Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen garlic bread, (1 package)
- 24 oz spaghetti sauce, (2 jars)
- 40 frozen meatballs, italian-style
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Heat garlic bread with spread side up on a baking sheet in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until warm and golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F.

Bring spaghetti sauce to a boil in a large pot. Place the frozen meatballs into the sauce. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes until the meatballs are heated through.

Tear the garlic bread into bite-size pieces and spread into bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce and meatballs over garlic bread, coating bread with sauce and distributing meatballs evenly.

Spread mozzarella cheese over top in a layer, followed by a layer of Parmesan cheese.

Bake the casserole for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese has melted.
