How To Make Jets’ Meatball Sub Recipe
Delicious and easy-to-make meatball sub, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 8 slices of provolone cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 12 meatballs.

Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.

While meatballs are cooking, slice hoagie rolls in half and place on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

Warm up marinara sauce in a saucepan over low heat.

Once meatballs are done, place 3 meatballs on each hoagie roll. Spoon marinara sauce over meatballs and top each hoagie with 2 slices of provolone cheese.

Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
