Ingredients

  • 20 frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place frozen meatballs in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour until well combined.

  4. Gradually whisk in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.

  5. Add baked meatballs to the gravy and simmer for 10 minutes.

  6. Slice the sub rolls open and place meatballs with gravy inside. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  7. Place the subs on a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
