How To Make Copycat Subway Meatball Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- Salt, to taste
- 1 jar of marinara sauce
- 4 sub sandwich rolls
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, dried basil, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, egg, and salt. Mix well.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat the marinara sauce on low heat in a saucepan.

Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the saucepan with marinara sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Cut the sub rolls lengthwise and place them in the oven to toast for 5 minutes.
