- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

Slice the sub rolls lengthwise, but not all the way through. Place them on a baking sheet.

Spoon marinara sauce onto each roll and place 3-4 meatballs on top.

Top each sub with a slice of mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
