Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked through.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is soft.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Allow the sauce to simmer for 10-15 minutes until it has thickened slightly.

Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
