Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent.

Add the green beans to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, milk, flour, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the mixture over the green beans and onions in the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the shredded chicken and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
