How To Make Easy St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs on Gas Grill

Ingredients
- 2 racks of St. Louis-style pork ribs
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- BBQ sauce for basting
Instructions

Preheat your gas grill to medium heat. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to make the rub.

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, covering them evenly.

Place the ribs on the grill, bone-side down. Cook for 1 hour, maintaining a temperature of around 275°F (135°C).

After 1 hour, baste the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Continue cooking the ribs for another hour, basting occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C) and the meat is tender.

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve the St. Louis-style pork ribs with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
