                      Ingredients
- ¼ cup yellow cornmeal
 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - ¼ tsp chili flakes
 - 16 oz dill pickle, quartered lengthwise
 - cooking spray
 
For Serving:
- ⅓ cup dipping sauce, of your choice
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
 - Combine cornmeal, parmesan cheese, paprika, and chili flakes in a shallow dish or pie plate; stir well.
 - Press pickle slices between paper towels until barely moist; dredge in cornmeal mixture.
 - Place pickles on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Lightly coat pickles with cooking spray.
 - Bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
 - Serve with any combination of dipping sauces.
