  • 3lbslamb chops
  • 2tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1tbspadobo seasoning
  • cayenne pepper,to taste
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • cupsduck sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
