How To Make Easter Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Rub herb mixture onto both sides of lamb chops.

  4. Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear lamb chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.

  5. Transfer lamb chops to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until cooked to desired doneness.
